During summer break, Bro. Bartos and Bro. Perez worked to pass out food and water to over 100 homeless people on the streets of New York City. More specifically, we served the needs of people around Times Square, Port Authority, and Penn Station because of the large population of homeless people in these locations.

During winter break, Bro. Bartos and Bro. Collado assisted the U.S Marines to collect, sort, bag, and distribute over half a million toys to under serviced children in Brooklyn, NY.

Bro. Collado spent Christmas Day with the Brothers of Eta Chapter as well as other brothers within the New York state distributing food, clothes, and resources to homeless people in New York City.

Greencastle Parks & Rec.- Building a Local Park

The Brothers of the Rho Tau Chapter were invited by the Mayor of Greencastle to help in a 2-year project to revitalize a low-income community in Greencastle. The first step was to build a playground, which the brothers of the chapter were able to assist with.

In the Fall, Bro. Perez, alongside NPHC, organized and facilitated a community trick-or-treat for DePauw faculty members/staff as well as families in Greencastle and their children. This was a great way for the youth in the community to have a safe way of enjoying Halloween.
