The Rho Tau Chapter was chartered on August 7th, 1990 on the campus of Virginia Wesleyan University located in Norfolk, VA. Rho Tau was re-chartered at the University of Southern Indiana located in Evansville, IN on March 9th, 2004. Rho Tau was re-seated at DePauw University in Greencastle, IN on April 6th, 2005 by the four noblemen known as the Pharaohs of Phortitude. Then re-activated on March 9th, 2017 by the Phrozen Pharaohs of Kneph.
